OVWF was founded by Natalie and Noble Wekare, two individuals deeply passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others. With a shared vision of creating lasting change, Natalie, a dedicated Social Worker, and Noble, an experienced Business Analyst, united their efforts to establish OVWF—a compassionate and impactful initiative focused on empowering youth across Australia, including Aboriginal communities.
Our Mission is to support and uplift young people across Australia, with a deep commitment to working alongside Aboriginal communities. We strive to create opportunities that encourage youth to make positive choices, stay connected to culture, and walk strong pathways away from challenges such as anti-social behavior and the criminal justice system. Through culturally responsive programs and holistic support, we empower young people to build essential life skills, embrace their strengths, and contribute to their communities in meaningful and lasting ways. At OVWF, we honor the wisdom and resilience of Aboriginal cultures and work in partnership to provide the tools and resources young people need to thrive and lead fulfilling lives.
